Job Category: Hotel-Meeting & EventsJob Description:We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Assistant Banqueting Manager to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of banquets and events within our venue in coordination with the Banqueting Manager. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth execution of events and provide exceptional service to our guests.Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and execute banquets and events, including weddings, conferences, and corporate functions.
Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their expectations are met.
Manage and train banquet staff, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service.
Oversee the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring they are properly arranged and decorated.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create customized menus and ensure timely food and beverage service.
Handle any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in banquet areas.
Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the banquet experience.
