- Support the development and implementation of the HR strategy in collaboration with the leadership team.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, coordination with agencies, offer management, work permits, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation; handle confirmations, promotions, and offboarding processes; and track attrition through exit interviews and reporting.
- Coordinate internal and external training programmes, including grant schemes, ensuring proper follow-up and accurate record-keeping.
- Support the performance appraisal cycle, assist with performance improvement plans, and organise employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee employee pulse surveys and the suggestions management process, providing insights to leadership to support informed decision-making and enhance engagement.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Maltese Employment Law and relevant EU Directives, while maintaining all required statutory records.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and HR best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of HR experience, ideally within small to mid-sized organisations.
- Strong knowledge of Maltese Employment Law.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage HR operations independently.
- A self-motivated, flexible individual with a positive, proactive attitude.
