- Full ownership and maintenance of the Staff scheduling for Client Services team having over 220 team members
- Maintain overview of team coverage, requesting overtime, changing shifts where needed to support Global Coverage
- Assignment of cover for unmanned teams when required
- Consolidate reports for Payroll and HR
- Maintain the Client Services internal website and knowledgebase
- Maintain data and processes through Smartsheet’s
- Organise and schedule team meetings and coordinate daily team calls
- Other General Administrations duties as may be assigned from time to time
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organization, time management and scheduling skills
- Strong working knowledge of office management software and collaboration tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience of Excel, Smartsheet, RotaCloud would be desirable
- Experience in an HR/payroll environment would be advantageous, but not essential.
- Organised and meticulous in the performance of duties.
