- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closure, and onboarding
- Lead impactful sales meetings and proposals that spark engagement and excitement
- Own and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales KPIs
- Generate and grow a strong pipeline through strategic lead generation efforts
- Build lasting relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams
- Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and product updates
- Collaborate closely with marketing to align messaging and boost conversions
- Be flexible to travel to industry-related conferences both locally and globally to build your network and represent Enteractive
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales,
- A strong network of connections within the iGaming industry – this is a must
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish fluency and proven experience working with LATAM markets
- Proven ability to manage and close complex sales cycles independently
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed KPIs
- Highly coachable, organized, and a collaborative team player
