Our client within the rental industry is seeking a Property Manager to join their team. They are looking for a reliable, proactive, and hands-on individual to support daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience.The role follows a structured schedule, which includes weekend work:

4 to 5 working days per week
Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) is required
Two days off during the week

Key Responsibilities

Conduct post-cleaning property inspections to ensure high-quality standards are consistently met
Monitor and replenish guest supplies across all apartments
Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requirements
Ensure properties are fully prepared and guest-ready for check-ins
Respond to and resolve urgent on-site issues when required
Support operational logistics across multiple properties
Maintain accurate reporting and tracking of tasks and issues

Requirements

Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
Practical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent English language is a must.
Valid driving licence and own a car
Already based in Malta
A proactive individual who takes initiative and responsibility
A hands-on approach with strong organisational skills
Someone with long-term potential to grow into a more senior operations role
