
ICT Support Technician

- Perform maintenance and diagnosis on any ICT equipment belonging to Besedo.
- Install and configure additional hardware and software across various platforms, both locally and remotely hosted.
- Responsible for creating and managing user accounts in both Hybrid Office 365 and on-premises Active Directory environments
- Responsible for the security of the network and infrastructure, both physical and virtual, immediately report any identified breaches to the ICT Manager.
- Monitor, react and update incident reports via Ticketing System.
- Manage and maintain ICT asset inventory within the cloud-based asset management system, ensuring accurate tracking
- Responsible for the ICT checklists.
- To assist the HR team with ICT training preparation for other Besedo employees.
- Support Administration with the access control systems technical issues.
- Assist the Systems Engineer and ICT Manager in leading and completing projects on time.
- Excellent verbal and written language skills in English.
- It would be an advantage if you have ICT Administrator or support experience or ICT certifications.
- Reliable, empathetic, high work ethic, excellent attention to detail, organised and meticulous.
- Proactive and positive with a sense of urgency and can do attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure.
