Is passionate about quality ingredients, bold flavors, with a commitment to sustainability and responsible sourcing at every step.As Head Chef, you will be responsible for executing and evolving the culinary vision across both outlets, leading from the front. Also understands how to balance artistry with strong operational discipline.From menu conception to final plate presentation, your influence will be reflected in every guest experience.You will:

Drive and evolve the culinary vision across both outlets
Inspire and mentor high-performing kitchen teams
Champion innovation while maintaining operational excellence
Lead menu development with a sharp eye on quality, cost control, and consistency
Create memorable dining experiences which keep guests returning
