Job Title: HostAs a host , you will be operating in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. You will represent the restaurant, ensuring an outstanding guest journey from arrival to departure. In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences according to ME Malta service standards, for which you will receive comprehensive in-house training to uphold our high standards. You will gain a thorough understanding of our extensive range of products, enabling you to provide guests with an outstanding experience and deepen your knowledge of your role.Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all reservations
Welcome and greet guests
Create an outstanding first impression for all guests
Oversee the processing of deposits and pre-orders for large party reservations
Update weekly booking and sales reports for the Operations team
Maximize opportunities to grow sales
Communicate daily with the kitchen team
Optimize the use of the reservation system

Essential Skills and Experience:

Knowledge and passion for Italian food, beverages, and culture
A guest-focused approach with a daily goal to exceed expectations
Experience in a similar premium, fast-paced bar and restaurant environment
Proven experience in training, developing, and motivating a team
An approachable demeanour
Excellent organizational skills
