- Answer incoming calls in a confident, polite, and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
- Respond to emails relating to bookings, customer queries, and complaints in an efficient and professional manner.
- Handle customer refund requests by liaising with the finance department and ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate with transport providers and crew when required, acting as the main point of contact to resolve operational issues, such as delayed groups.
- Carry out general administrative duties, including basic reporting, document filing, and record maintenance.
- Order consumables for vessels and monitor stock levels as needed.
- Assist customers with online bookings and support sales activity, with the opportunity to earn commission where applicable.
- Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime.
- Previous experience in administrative tasks is required, experience in reservations will be considered an asset.
- Strong organisational and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Must hold a valid EU passport.
