- Managing a caseload of claims whilst insurance that policies and regulatory requirements are adhered to
- Gathering and processing information which is required in order to assess more complex claims
- Adhere to the Complaint Management process
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Any other duties that may be required for the smooth running of the department
- A minimum of 2 years of local experience working in an office environment
- Previous experience working in the insurance industry would be an asset
- Excellent communication skills in both English & Maltese
