- Responsible for reviewing and authenticating players' documents.
- Assisting the IPI Fraud Department with fraud checks and processes.
- Ensuring that company policies, processes and regulations are always kept in full compliance.
- Supporting the IPI and Customer Service Department to provide the required service levels to customers.
- All other duties as assigned.
- You have experience and knowledge of the iGaming industry.
- You have excellent level of spoken and written English.
- You have experience using Microsoft Office.
- You have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- You are autonomous and proactive.
- You have strong administrative skills, with attention to detail.
- You have excellent Organisation and Time Management skills.
