The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests, ensuring their stay meets the hotel’s quality and service standards.Key Responsibilities:

Clean, dust, and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to established standards.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities.
Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and clean windows and surfaces.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
Ensure trolleys, storage rooms, and cleaning equipment are well-maintained and organised.
Comply with health and safety regulations and use cleaning chemicals appropriately.
Work efficiently to meet room cleaning targets and timeframes.

Requirements:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred but not essential).
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
