- Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, addressing travel inquiries and facilitating bookings.
- Advise clients on travel packages, destinations, and accommodations that best suit their preferences.
- Develop customized travel itineraries tailored to the unique needs and desires of clients.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and an emphasis on client satisfaction.
- Document all client interactions in our CRM system to ensure seamless service and follow-up.
- Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destination highlights, and competitive offerings to provide clients with the most relevant information.
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a valuable addition.
- Prior experience in travel consulting, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- A genuine passion for travel and a strong knowledge of popular destinations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to effectively address client issues with timely and practical solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software applications.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
