Inspired by the heart of Havana, Café Cuba blends traditional Cuban flavours with a modern twist, serving dishes that are as bold, soulful and vibrant as the island itself.You can explore our full selection of dishes by visitingWe are currently seeking to recruit a Full-Time Restaurant Supervisor to join our passionate and talented front-of-house team of Cafe Cuba Shoreline, Kalkara.The Supervisor will support the Assistant and/or Restaurant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the restaurants, while maximizing both service quality and financial performance.The ideal candidates will deliver an exceptional and welcoming dining experience in line with our company’s policies, procedures, and true spirit of hospitality. In addition, they will play a key role in supporting and guiding new team members to uphold Café Cuba’s high standards.We are looking for:

Proven experience in a restaurant
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Fluent in English
Residing in Malta, with a valid work permit (for non-EU nationals)
Clean police conduct certificate
