- Assist both borrowers and lenders in asset finance transactions, including drafting and reviewing agreements
- Handle aviation finance transactions, including aircraft registrations, mortgages, and leasing arrangements
- Advise clients in the FinTech sector, including crypto asset service providers, stablecoin issuers, and payment service providers
- Support regulatory compliance and licensing processes for FinTech and financial services clients
- Conduct legal research and draft documentation related to complex transactions across asset finance, aviation, and FinTech sectors
- Fully warranted Advocate with at least 1 year post-qualification experience
- Able to work effectively under pressure with a results-oriented mindset
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving
