We are looking for an Account Manager to join our leading company.Build and maintain relationships with high-value players, serving as their main point of contact for all inquiries, requests, and escalations. Using different channels: phone, telegram, email. Understand the preferences, playing habits, and needs of VIP players to deliver personalized service tailorednto their individual preferences.
