We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our leading company.Build and maintain relationships with high-value players, serving as their main point of contact for all inquiries, requests, and escalations. Using different channels such as phone, telegram, WhatsApp & email. Gain a solid understanding of each player’s gaming preferences, spending patterns, and engagement habits to provide a personalised but scalable level of service. Deliver consistent communication and tailored retention strategies based on player value and activity, including standard bonus offers, loyalty incentives, and periodic personalized rewards. Monitor player behavior and activity trends to proactively identify re-engagement opportunities, flag potential churn, and assist with reactivation efforts when needed. Maintain an awareness of responsible gambling protocols, ensuring all player interactions align with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Report any risk indicators or unusual activity. Accurately document player interactions, preferences, and key activity data in internal systems, contributing to overall player profiling and department insights.   • Collect and deal with complaints of users, clients, occupants, ...
  • Collect opinions, remarks or complaints and transfer them (can include surveys)
  • Present solutions to customer complaints or pass file to the litigation/logistics.... department
  • Register activities data (log, register for incidents or complaints...)
  • Come up with and develop promotional tools for products
  • Determine the strategic sales objectives of department
