- Experience: At least 1 year of previous experience in customer support (Chat/Email based).
- Night Owl DNA: You genuinely prefer working night shifts and can maintain high focus during evening hours.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in iGaming is a significant advantage.
- Soft Skills: A calm, structured communication style and the ability to work independently.
