Head of Business Intelligence – Lead a Data-Driven Growth Engine

This Head of Business Intelligence opportunity offers you the chance to lead and scale the entire BI function within a fast-growing performance marketing organisation operating across iGaming, Financials, Health, and Communications sectors. The company operates in highly competitive markets where data drives decision-making, offering you the opportunity to directly influence growth strategy while operating within a highly analytical and results-driven environment.You will take ownership of the company’s Business Intelligence platform, allowing you to shape how data is collected, modelled, and transformed into actionable insights across the organisation. The role places you close to senior leadership and commercial decision-making, offering you the ability to directly influence marketing performance, traffic optimisation, and revenue growth across multiple markets.This position is ideally suited to someone who has progressed from data engineering or analytics into BI leadership and enjoys building scalable BI systems that support high-growth businesses. The role offers the opportunity to lead and grow a BI team while remaining technically involved, allowing you to shape data pipelines, warehouse architecture, and reporting frameworks that power performance-driven organisations.You will:

Lead and grow the Business Intelligence function across analytics, engineering, and reporting
Design and maintain scalable data pipelines, warehouse models, and BI platforms
Deliver advanced performance analysis across marketing channels, cohorts, and revenue metrics

Skills / Experience:

5+ years’ experience across data engineering, analytics, or BI roles, preferably in Affiliate. (Experience with managing a team is a big plus)
4+ SQL and Python skills with experience building data pipelines and warehouse architectures
4+ years with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
