- Advise clients across the full spectrum of businesses regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority, including crypto, asset management, payment services and e-money, banking, insurance, and pensions
- Assist with licensing and ongoing regulatory compliance for regulated entities
- Support clients with mergers and acquisitions involving regulated entities
- Provide assistance with stock exchange listings and other capital markets matters
- Represent clients in proceedings before the Arbiter for Financial Services
- Fully warranted Advocate with at least 1 year post-qualification experience
- Possession of an LLM or similar master’s degree in a relevant area is an advantage
- Able to work effectively under pressure and deliver results
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
