- Develop, implement, and continuously improve risk management and compliance frameworks across all business units
- Oversee incident management processes, investigations, and root cause analysis
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, regulatory, and reputational risks
- Ensure adherence to national and international regulations relevant to each vertical
- Establish and monitor internal controls, compliance monitoring programs, and audit processes
- Prepare risk and compliance reports for executive leadership and boards
- Coordinate regulatory submissions and act as point of contact for authorities when required
- Lead compliance training initiatives and promote a culture of risk awareness and accountability
- Support crisis management planning and business continuity initiatives
- Monitor compliance with health & safety, environmental, transportation, and facilities regulations
- Oversee hazardous materials handling and fire prevention compliance
- Ensure compliance with aviation authority requirements and operational safety standards
- Support adherence to occupational health and airport regulatory frameworks
- Oversee implementation of security protocols, staff vetting procedures, and data protection measures
- Ensure regulatory and operational compliance within security services
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Risk Management, Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., CRISC, CCEP, CIRM or similar) considered an asset
- Minimum 7–8 years of experience in risk and compliance roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
- Experience within security, aviation, mobility, logistics, or regulated operational environments preferred
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk assessment methodologies
- Solid crisis management and investigative skills
- Proven ability to implement structured compliance frameworks
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of integrity, resilience, and sound professional judgment
