COO responsibilities include but not limited to:Regulatory compliance: Ensure adherence to local regulations and compliance requirements within the first line of defense by embedding regulatory standards into daily operations.Resource management: Develop and manage the company resources, ensuring that all expenses are within budget.Outsource management: Oversee and optimize relationships with third-party vendors to ensure cost efficiency and compliant operations within the first line of defense.Performance and risk metrics monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and drive accountability.
