A profitable and well-established iGaming company operating three successful brands is looking for a commercially driven and well-connected Affiliate Manager to join their growing team.This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to take ownership of affiliate growth in a high-potential market. The company promotes a collaborative, results-focused environment with long-term stability and room for impact across multiple brands.You Will:

Manage, grow, and optimize a portfolio of affiliate partners across the Swedish market
Source, onboard, and activate new affiliates with a strong commercial focus
Negotiate deals, CPA / RevShare structures, and exclusive partnerships
Monitor affiliate performance, traffic quality, and ROI to ensure sustainable and scalable growth
Work closely with internal teams to align affiliate strategy across all three brands

Skills / Qualifications:

Strong commercial mindset with a data-driven approach to performance
Professional-level in Swedish and English is required
Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and account management abilities
Previous experience in iGaming / online casino affiliates required
