- Work flexibly across different kitchen sections as required
- Cover staff absences, peak service periods, and special events
- Prepare and present dishes in line with established recipes and standards
- Maintain consistency in quality, portioning, and presentation
- Support efficient service during busy shifts
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures
- Assist wiih stock takes, mise en place, and waste reduction
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with menus, recipes, and company standards;
- Work flexibly across all kitchen sections as required (hot kitchen, cold kitchen, larder, pastry, breakfast);
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team;
- Maintain consistency in portion control, taste, presentation, and quality;
- Flexibility to work evening, weekends and public holidays;
- Currently based in Malta and eligible to work.
- Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Chef Tournant, preferably in Malta;
