- Overseeing and integrating the performance of retail, catering, and support divisions to maximise efficiency and profitability.
- Implementing group-wide KPIs and performance management frameworks.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal, safety, and quality standards, including Occupational Health & Safety and fire regulations.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Safeguarding profitability through robust cost management and revenue growth strategies.
- Presenting timely performance reports and strategic recommendations to the Board.
- Directing the Group's marketing, branding, and customer engagement strategies.
- Fostering strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Championing innovation in product development, service delivery, and customer experience.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the senior leadership team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Attract, retain, and develop top talent at all levels of the organisation.
- Have an MBA or equivalent Masters degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Have a minimum 8-10 years in senior leadership, ideally with experience spanning both retail and hospitality/catering.
- Proven track record in driving business growth and profitability.
- Strong commercial acumen with strategic and operational agility.
