- Optimize company operations in the region.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve seamless execution of strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Maltese regulatory authorities, ensuring full compliance with EMI regulations.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure company operations align with evolving requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including partners, regulators, and the press.
- Represent the company at industry events, enhancing its reputation and building trust.
- 3+ years of experience in a C-level role (e.g., Deputy CEO, COO, CBDO) within the fintech or payments sector.
- Proven expertise in managing the operations of an EMI or similar financial institution.
- Strong knowledge of Fintech field.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in Malta, including hands-on interaction with regulators.
- Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive sustainable business growth.
- Fluent in English;
