Quality Manager (Manufacturing)

• Development and deployment of AQPF across the board
• Key Characteristics management approach development & deployment into New Product Development process at Malta Plant and further implementation at Group level
• Control Plans methodology development & management at Malta Plant and further implementation at Group level
• Lead direct communication with Customer regards Quality during the launch and support for Sources
• Lead product’s validation execution with Quality Manuals preparation and submission to Customer at Malta Plant and support for Sources
• Project's handover from Dev to Operations after Customer sign off
• Development of New Test Methods deployment at Malta plant and spread to Group level
• Laboratory capabilities management at Malta Plant: MSA, Gauge R&R
• Calibration of all measurement equipment and gauges
• Sorting and Field service actions coordination

• Lead quality problems' resolution during the Development and Best Practices collection and provide support for Sources
• Lead the development of Product Specifications
• CMM programming for new products and any further changes
• Limit boards definition and approval (DRBs, CRBs) at the launch
• Development IBB control
• Development claims resolution & 8D coordination, including communication with a Customer
• Change Management process deployment at Malta Plant and further implementation at Group level

• Possess an education at MQF level 6 or higher in Engineering.
• Sound knowledge of quality principles, practices and procedures
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in Injection Moulding is preferable, but not necessary
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills to deal with both local and foreign suppliers and customers
