You will be responsible for handling domestic and international transactions in the field of corporate and commercial law, providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, addressing legal issues, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will have a recognised degree in Law and ideally be warranted to act as a lawyer in Malta, however the firm will also consider candidates from the EU with a solid background in this area of law.
