Corporate and Commercial Lawyer

• Responsible for handling domestic and international transactions in the field of corporate and commercial law;
• Provide legal advice;
• Draft and review commercial contracts;
• Address legal issues;
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

• Hold a Law degree from an accredited University;
• Possess Qualification to practice law in Malta;
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role;
• Experience in corporate and commercial law;
• Proficiency in handling legal issues and providing legal advice;
• Knowledgeable in commercial contracts drafting and review;
• Skilled in relevant legal research and analysis techniques.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
