As a Team Leader for a Multisite Technician, the candidate will oversee the maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of kitchen equipment and systems across multiple locations. The role demands strong technical knowledge, effective leadership, and the ability to coordinate and motivate a team within a fast-paced environment.Responsibility

Supervise and lead a team of technicians to deliver effective maintenance and repair services for kitchen equipment and systems across multiple locations
Carry out routine inspections, fault-finding, and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems within kitchen facilities.
Ensure all equipment receives scheduled servicing and that preventive maintenance plans are consistently followed.
Manage the testing, installation, and replacement of mechanical and electrical components.
Identify equipment faults and implement corrective actions in line with manufacturer specifications.
Keep accurate maintenance records and ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules.
Monitor and maintain building services, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Perform daily checks on critical equipment such as pumps and refrigeration units to confirm proper operation.
Proactively identify risks and resolve issues to minimize equipment failures and downtime.
Oversee plumbing systems and address leaks or related issues promptly.
Ensure kitchen and plant areas remain clean, well-organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
Respond efficiently to maintenance requests and emergency situations across all sites.
Coordinate and carry out equipment modifications, system upgrades, and new installations as required.

Requirements

A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a comparable role, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity
Demonstrated hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.
Strong leadership abilities with proven team management skills.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
Solid knowledge and practical experience in predictive and preventive maintenance practices.
A valid Wireman Licence A is mandatory.
