Then our Player Safety Team could be the perfect place for you. As a Player Safety Analyst (m/f/x), you will evaluate customer interactions and monitor player behavior to ensure safe use of our products.Your playing field

Monitor and assess customer gaming behavior, and handle RG / GDPR and other legal matters.
Conduct age, affordability, and limit checks to comply with licensing requirements and maintain a safe platform.
Work closely with our Customer Service team, acting as the main point of contact for player safety and responsible gaming inquiries and training.
Support the team with compliance and GDPR-related questions, as well as other ad-hoc tasks.

Languages: Excellent command of English. Our team consists of more than 50 nationalities working together to achieve Tipico's mission. English is our primary language for communication within the company.
Strong Communication: You are our point of contact for all player safety topics and support your colleagues in Online and Retail as 2nd-line support with your excellent communication skills.
Attention to Detail: With your analytical mindset, you read between the lines and have a keen eye for details.
Professional Experience: You have completed a degree or vocational training in a customer-focused field and may already have some experience in the iGaming industry.
Technical Know-How: You are proficient with common MS Office programs, especially Excel, and can quickly get up to speed with new systems.
