The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring that dairy products are of to quality standard and that the company's Food Safety Management System is adhered to.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Handling quality functions related to milk purchase, processing, and filling.2. Ensuring cleaning and hygiene SOPs related to all the above are followed.3. To perform various laboratory tests.4. Carrying out quality control and laboratory duties as directed by the QA Manager.5. Generating appropriate records for all work involved.6. Collaborating and coordinating with other departments.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS1. O-level standard of education in science.2. Previous experience will be considered as an asset, but training will be provided for the successful candidate.3. English literate.4. Computer literacy using Microsoft Office applications.5.
