An opportunity has opened for an ambitious Risk Analyst to join a growing Risk Management function within a well-established banking environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a solid career in financial and operational risk, while gaining real exposure to regulatory frameworks, internal controls, and risk reporting.In this position, you’ll support the day-to-day activities of the Risk Management team, contributing to risk analysis, reporting, and policy maintenance. You’ll work with data, dashboards, and internal stakeholders, helping ensure the bank operates within its risk appetite and regulatory obligations.This is a hands-on role offering visibility, learning, and progression. You’ll gain practical experience across risk governance, reporting, and compliance, while working in a structured and professional banking environment that invests in development.What You’ll Be Doing

Collect, compile, and analyse risk-related data
Assist in preparing risk reports and dashboards for senior management
Support regulatory compliance and internal risk controls

Your Profile

1 year+ of experience in banking, finance, or risk-related roles is an asset
Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Risk, or a related discipline
Fluent in Maltese and English
