- Supporting the Finance Super User in the implementation of Finance-related ERP modules.
- Working closely with key stakeholders to gather business requirements and assist in configuring ERP modules to align with Finance processes.
- Assisting in the preparation and execution of implementation plans, ensuring project timelines and agreed deliverables are met.
- Providing ongoing support to the Finance Super User by troubleshooting issues, resolving functional problems within Finance modules, and escalating matters where necessary.
- Supporting regular system reviews to identify improvement opportunities and assist with required updates or enhancements.
- Collaborating with IT teams and external vendors to help resolve complex issues and optimise system performance.
- Analysing existing Finance processes to identify opportunities for improvement through enhanced use of ERP functionality
- Supporting process improvements aimed at streamlining workflows, strengthening controls, improving accuracy, and increasing operational efficiency.
- Acting as a key point of contact for Finance stakeholders, supporting the Finance Super User with coordination and communication across markets.
- Proven hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations within a Finance function.
- Highly organised, capable of managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of core Finance processes, including postings, approval workflows, month-end close activities, and reporting cycles.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
