Our client is a global assurance, tax and consulting firm who are looking for an Audit Manager to join their team.Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring all requirements are addressed promptly and efficiently
Coaching and supporting staff in handling complex and high-risk matters
Conducting technical reviews of audit work to maintain quality and compliance
Overseeing the development of engagement plans and ensuring suitable resources are allocated
Collaborating with partners to negotiate fees and taking commercial responsibility for client profitability
Identifying client business needs and assisting partners in delivering tailored solutions
Driving sales and relationship-building activities with existing clients
Continuously developing team members through ongoing coaching and regular, constructive performance appraisals

Requirements

Fully Qualified Accountant
5+ years experience in Audit
Fluent in English and Maltese
Experience leading a team is a plus
