This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth iGaming company where your backend expertise will directly impact the users experience. In this role you’ll be developing in fast-paced, high-volume systems and enjoy the ownership of building features from the ground up.You’ll be joining a well-established engineering team focused on delivering real-time, high-availability gaming platforms using modern technologies. The team operates with strong engineering principles, with a focus on scalability, clean architecture, and continuous delivery – creating an environment where your contribution matters and your voice is heard.You’ll be part of a collaborative, agile team mainly focused on core gameplay services, player account systems, and game engineering. You’ll be reporting directly to the Head of Platform Engineering – who brings hands-on technical leadership – you’ll have strong support while driving impactful decisions.What makes this role stand out is the wide tech stack – primarily backend using Java and SpringBoot. You’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features, while also partnering with software architects to enhance the software’s performance and scalability.You will:

Design and build modern microservices using Java
Contribute across stack
Help shape key compliance products within a small agile team

Skills / Experience:

4+ years’ experience in backend development using Java and SpringBoot
Basic frontend development experience with React or Angular
Experience with Micronaut or Maven is a plus
Experience in iGaming
