- Plan, write, and schedule content for official WeChat and Xiaohongshu accounts.
- Manage posting calendar and ensure all content is culturally relevant, compliant, and brand-aligned.
- Monitor trends and hot topics on both platforms to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Edit and publish short videos, lifestyle visuals, and informative posts to showcase the company's services and Malta’s advantages.
- Respond to inbound messages, comments, and direct inquiries on WeChat and RED.
- Provide accurate and professional information about Malta’s Citizenship and Residency by Investment programs.
- Log and qualify potential leads, follow up, and support the advisory team with warm handovers.
- Maintain a responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable presence across both platforms.
- Assist with creating short-form videos or visual stories optimized for RED and WeChat feeds.
- Use simple design/video editing tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with broader campaigns.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media, content creation, marketing, or digital communications.
- Experience in immigration, luxury services, education, or real estate is a plus.
- Strong understanding and experience with WeChat Official Accounts and Xiaohongshu (RED).
- Native or fluent in Mandarin Chinese (Simplified); good English communication skills.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in Chinese.
- Familiar with short video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
- Confident handling direct customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
