We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize.Responsibilities:- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents- Assist with posting of invoices, payments, receipts- Support day to day operations of the Finance Department- Compile data and prepare reports- Support the team with various clerical tasks as needed- Maintain accurate daily records of all financial transactions.- Carry out other duties as required by Management- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.Requirements:- 1 year of experience in an administrative or accounting role- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent organizational and time-management skills- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Familiarity with data entry and record-keeping- Good command of written and spoken English and/or Maltese
