- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, job advert creation, and coordination with hiring managers and partners
- Lead employee onboarding and engagement initiatives to ensure a smooth integration
- Assist with HR operations, including employee records, contracts, and HR systems
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements
- Prepare HR reports and metrics to support decision-making
- Support performance management processes and follow-ups
- Identify training and development needs and evaluate learning effectiveness
- Contribute to employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives
- Support employee relations matters and provide guidance on workplace concerns
- Assist with audits, compliance checks, and HR projects that enhance the employee experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR or People & Culture
- Experience in onboarding, performance management, and HR compliance
- A qualification in HR, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A people-focused mindset with professionalism and integrity
- Experience with HR systems (Shireburn is an asset)
- Strong communication skills in Maltese and English
