At this company, they are not just about traditional financial services but they also specialise in embedded finance solutions, bridging financial products with non-financial applications.In the role of Senior Compliance Officer, you will be a member of the Compliance team, collaborating closely with another Senior Compliance Officer responsible for our UK license. Reporting directly to the Head of Compliance & MLRO, you will ensure regulatory adherence and best practices within this organisation. The Compliance team operates across both EU and UK jurisdictions, allowing for a dynamic and diverse working environment that presents unique challenges and opportunities.You will:

Conduct gap analyses between current processes and best practices.
Ensure the preparation and assessment of Compliance management reports, along with related materials.
Enhance compliance policies and procedures to align with the licenses standards, ensuring team engagement.
Conduct compliance monitoring and internal auditing reviews of business activities, overseeing remedial actions
Ensure the preparation and assessment of Compliance management reports, along with related materials.

Skills/Experience:

2-3 years of Regulatory Compliance experience in Banking, Fintech, or Regulatory sectors.
Proven track record in regulatory compliance and accurate report generation.
Proficient in policy and procedure development, writing, and management.
