A well-established Group of companies on the island is seeking a Head of Finance to support its continued growth.Reporting directly to the CFO, you will oversee the full spectrum of Group financial management, including accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow oversight, tax compliance, and group consolidations. You will ensure strong governance by managing audits, enforcing internal controls, and harmonising accounting practices across all subsidiaries while driving financial strategy and operational improvements. The chosen candidate will lead the finance team and collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives and enhance overall organisational performance.Eight to ten years of senior-level experience, along with an accounting warrant, are essential.
