Reporting to Co-FoundersYour missionLead the establishment and growth of a finance department by developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with the company's goals & building and mentoring a team.Identify and mitigate financial risks and establish comprehensive risk management policies and procedures.Take charge of budgeting and forecasting processes, actively monitoring financial performance.Oversee the preparation of financial reports, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and accounting standards.Ensure strict compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements, staying updated on changes and adapting policies accordingly.Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to the existing finance team, fostering a collaborative work environment.Offer strategic advice to the executive team, highlighting financial implications and contributing to informed decision-making.Foster cross-functional collaboration by working closely with other departments, understanding their financial needsCultivate positive relationships with external partners, including auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.What we’re looking for:Proven senior financial management experience in the iGaming industry.Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
