CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OFFICERFULL TIMEThe roleA vacancy has arisen in our Front Office department for the post of Customer Experience Officer on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate would need to have effective communication skills and be familiar with front office and office duties.Main Responsibilities include:· Welcoming and checking-in & checking-out guests.· Preparing documents prior Check-in; including key preparation, booklet with T&Cs and Inventory list.· Handing out documents to new arrivals & giving a welcome talk (Check-in paperwork and follow up).· Collecting any pending balance, deposits and Eco Tax.· Following up on missed deposits/payments/eco tax - issuing reminders when necessary.· Logging & following up maintenance and housekeeping issues.· Monitoring email inbox and hello inbox and actioning emails as needed.· Refunding damage deposits including collection of bank details.· Daily reporting of day-to-day maintenance in student accommodation and car park.· Following all health and safety regulations.· Adhering to company policies and legal regulations.· Other ad-hoc reporting as may be required.Skills and Requirements:· Have One (1) year experience in a Hotel environment would be considered an asset;· Organizational skills;· Good verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English;· Able to build customer relationships and ensure good communication;Intrigued to learn more, and you have got what it takes to become part of this great team?
