- Deliver accurate and professional support to customers regarding products, services, and payments
- Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, live chat, and SMS
- Support customer onboarding processes, including documentation and verification
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products/services
- Manage customer accounts in collaboration with internal collections and payments teams
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a high standard of customer experience across all interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Contribute to reporting, process improvements, and operational documentation
- Support training and onboarding of new team members when required
- Take initiative in suggesting improvements to systems and workflows
- Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in customer service, collections, or sales (financial services experience is an advantage)
- Experience with customer onboarding and document verification processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commercial mindset
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven approach
- Comfortable working with targets and performance-driven environments
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
