As we continue to grow across markets and products, this role will be key in supporting the commercial team by ensuring smooth coordination of sales activities, maintaining strong internal and external communication, and helping present our products in a clear and structured way.This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on administrative coordination and relationship support. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer-facing teams to keep operations running efficiently. You should be comfortable stepping into client interactions when needed and supporting the team across different touchpoints.As a Sales Coordinator (Temporary - Maternity Cover), you are expected to:Support the Sales team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasksAssist in preparing both standardised and customised sales presentations and materialsManage client communication, follow-ups, and relationship supportCoordinate internally with Product, Marketing, CRM, and Operations teams to align on offerings and availabilityMaintain and update CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and proper trackingSupport reporting processes, including monthly and quarterly updatesAssist in onboarding new clients by coordinating internal processes and documentationIdentify cross-sell opportunities and support the team in executing themCoordinate content and updates for by gathering input from stakeholdersJoin client calls when needed to support communication and ensure continuityStay up to date with market trends and competitor activityPrevious experience in a sales support, coordination, marketing, or similar roleStrong communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholdersProactive and hands-on mindset, with a willingness to step in and support where neededAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with CRM tools and reporting is a plusAnalytical mindset with a basic understanding of performance metricsExperience in digital marketing, affiliate, or iGaming is a plus, but not required
