The organisation is one of the leading financial services players in Malta’s incredibly dynamic environment. Currently, the organization is aiming to tighten its internal controls and second line of defense by adding a compliance officer to its existing compliance team, which presently consists of some very experienced legal professionals.The opportunity offers a flexible–hybrid work arrangement, above-average remuneration, and good growth projection!You Will:
  • Compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting
  • Be a project lead for all regulatory matters
  • Oversee general compliance initiatives and standards
Skills / Experience:
  • Excellent ability to interpret regulatory requirements
  • 3+ years within the financial sector – compliance functions
  • Ability to communicate very complex ideas in a clear, concise manner
