This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background, project management skills, and a keen understanding of the aviation industry.What we offer:

Responsibilities include:

Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational performance and reducing costs.
Conduct benchmarking analysis against industry standards and competitors to identify areas of improvement.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Continuously monitor operations for inefficiencies and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain comprehensive KPI reports to monitor and evaluate the performance of key operational aspects.
Collaborate with internal teams and oversee the implementation of operational processes and systems, ensuring adherence to established standards and achievement of set operational targets.
Develop business intelligence strategies and tools for trend analysis in key operational areas, including but not limited to on-time performance, regularity, aircraft, and crew utilization etc.
Lead the development of tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

Requirements:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Project management expertise with a track record of successful implementations
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Aviation Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Growth mindset and can-do attitude
Ability to synthesize information into recommendations
Good oral and written presentations skills
Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills
Fluent spoken / written English
