By collaborating with hiring managers and the People team, this role helps build strong talent pipelines, enhances the employer brand, and supports long-term workforce growth through an inclusive and engaging candidate experience.What you'll be doing
  • Executing the entire recruitment process, from publishing vacancies to the screening of candidate’s CVs, shortlisting according to the Job Requirements, and interviewing candidates.
  • Supporting in the preparation of job descriptions.
  • Issuing offer letters, contracts, addenda and any other necessary HR paperwork in line with current legislation.
  • Issuing access cards for new joiners and de-activating cards as part of the offboarding process.
  • Being accountable for all onboarding processes including equipment and IT licenses accesses.
  • Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies, online portals such as social media, and job online advertisement.
  • Monitoring the HR Department’s Recruitment budget and the Organisation’s Headcount.
  • Handling the processing of work permits and employment licenses, maintaining accurate records on Jobsplus dashboard and Identita’ portal.
  • Monitoring of all administrative processes and correspondence with relevant authorities such as Jobsplus, Inland Revenue Department and Identity Malta amongst others.
  • Meeting with Departmental Managers to discuss their hiring needs and plan the issuing of vacancy requests and vacancies.
  • Ensuring that all documentation is correctly filed according to GDPR requirements.
  • Execute the offboarding of employees including equipment and IT requirements.
  • Develop and implement HR policies related to recruitment, onboarding, internal movement and offboarding processes.
  • Administer psychometric and behavioral assessments as a way of supporting candidate evaluation and ensuring alignment with role requirements and company culture.
  • Supporting in employee relations processes such as disciplinary and grievances as necessary.
  • Attend training seminars and conferences when and as required.
  • Stay informed about current employment laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements.
  • Ensure full compliance to internal policies and procedures and inform the necessary departments should any gaps or flaws be identified.
  • Support with any other HR-related administrative and ad-hoc tasks as needed, including documentation, onboarding activities, and internal coordination.

A natural relationship-builder, who shows empathy, cultural sensitivity.Qualifications & ExperienceThe ideal candidate should be in possession of the following:
  • Qualification certificate recognized at a minimum level 5 in Human Resources/Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding etc.
  • Updated with current employment legislation (Candidates in possession of qualification in Maltese employment law will be favourable).
  • High proficiency in English language (both spoken & written - C1 Level).
