- Serve as a trusted partner between management and employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and supporting a positive work environment.
- Drive initiatives that support employee engagement, motivation, development, and retention.
- Oversee a robust performance management system that fosters growth, accountability, and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices across all areas of HR management.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- A natural people person with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for recruitment and a keen eye for talent.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism.
- Solid knowledge of HR practices, labour legislation, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with recruiting technical roles will be considered an asset
- Degree Level of Education or higher.
