This role is ideal for someone who is deeply passionate about talent acquisition and thrives on building strong relationships within a team environment.As our SPBP, you'll take the lead on sourcing top-tier candidates while also serving as a key support resource for our current team members.   • Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent in a timely manner.
  • Serve as a trusted partner between management and employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and supporting a positive work environment.
  • Drive initiatives that support employee engagement, motivation, development, and retention.
  • Oversee a robust performance management system that fosters growth, accountability, and high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices across all areas of HR management.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience
  • A natural people person with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for recruitment and a keen eye for talent.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism.
  • Solid knowledge of HR practices, labour legislation, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with recruiting technical roles will be considered an asset
  • Degree Level of Education or higher.
