Design, develop, and maintain backend features and services
Refactor, optimize, and modernize existing codebases
Research and integrate new technologies to enhance product capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement robust solutions

Your ExpertiseYou bring:

4+ years of software development experience (at least 2 years with modern C++)
Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles
Hands-on experience in automated testing and test-driven development
Proficiency in multithreaded and concurrent programming
Solid understanding of network protocols and network programming
Experience with RESTful APIs and possibly gRPC or protocol buffers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Valued Knowledge Areas

Experience building and maintaining distributed systems
Knowledge of scalable and highly available systems
Familiarity with databases and message queues
Familiarity with Windows APIs
Knowledge of performance profiling tools
Exposure to CI/CD and build automation pipelines
Use of AI-powered developer tools to improve workflow and productivity
